Progress…
So I didn’t do too well over the weekend…It turns out I cant go to the gym because my payment was late this month so my membership will be frozen until next week. bummerrr.
And I kinda pigged out this weekend, with it being mothers day and going for a family meal with mama which included cake and lots of wine!
So I’ve decided drastic measures need to be taken! Because summer is creeping up pretty fast and I dont want to have to buy bigger summer cothes just cos I cnat fit into my shorts from last year :(
So I may not be able to go to the gym until next week but I will go for a little run everyday this week, either in the morning or at night, I’ll see how I feel.
I am going to order some new diet tablets tomorrow!!! I’m not going to go extreme on them, just one a day at lunch time, to kick my metabolism into gear while I’m sat at my desk doing nothing!
I’m going to buy some kelp tablets this weekend, and some slimming tea.
Also, my mama wants to try out some new power plate thing on saturday, apparently you can lose a dress size in a month if you do it once a week as well as dieting! So gonna give that a go with her :)
So my daily diet will be - Porridge or weetabix for breakfast with green tea. Dinner -m&s salad, coffee and a bottle of water with diet tablet. Then a normal healthy meal for tea with a sea kelp tablet and water.
Daily exercises - try and get to the gym everyday after work, and a spinning class at least once a week. Abs class once a week and sit ups every day. Power plate every saturday.
This week I’m gonna dig my tape measure out and take my measurements…not looking forward to this, last year when I was at my perfect size I had 26 waist and 32 hips…Oh how that will have changed :(
